Welcome to our Q2 2019 newsletter – to help you keep up with the rapidly evolving Cloud Integration Solutions marketplace. January was a productive one at InterWeave. Consid-erable work has been done in the back ground and will be unveiled soon. Inter-Weave will be presenting a new Website look and feel with a tightened focus on CRM specific integration in a very extensible way; a SmartIntegration Platform way. There will be three integration tenants; Financial Accounting Solutions, Payment Processing Solutions and Multi-Cloud integration.
In addition, we\’re working on building out the new YouTube Channel and Instagram Account that will be showcasing these integrations on the SmartIntegration Platform. Leading this initiative is our first offering, the Customer Payment Portal 2019 with extended processing capabilities (48 Merchant Service Providers to date) and Pay-ment processing features like Real-time, Scheduled and Recurring Payments.
The Portal is a force.com application which is directly integrated with your Salesforce. The Portal allows your customers to Register, Authenticate and then review their outstanding Invoices – which they can pay any time – 24 hours day, 7 days a week. ACH/Credit Cards will be processed in accordance with your Merchant Services Pro-vider. For example, if Authorize.net is your MSP, then Visa • MasterCard • Discover • American Express • JCB • PayPal • Visa Checkout • Apple Pay • Chase Pay • E-checks are supported.

When these transactions are processed, transaction Records are created in the Salesforce Custom Object (Transactions). These are essentially Sales Receipts, which are then brought over your Financial Accounting System (QuickBooks, Sage, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) which creates a Sales Receipt record. One entry = many actions.

We\’ve been working with Recruiting Company that\’s been using Talent Rover for several years now, but was not convinced that it could be integrated with their QuickBooks in real-time. Enter InterWeave.

Talent Rover is a fully mobile, cloud-based solution, that integrates social media while combining a robust applicant tracking system (ATS) with customer relationship management (CRM), human resource & benefits administration (HRIS), online timesheets & expense reports, integrated accounting software and branded.

InterWeave Financial Application Integration Cloud is where customers may register, select Smart integration Solutions between “Best of Breed” applications, and then configure them at the object and field level. CRM applications like Salesforce.com. bpmOnline, OROCRM, Oracle Sales Cloud, SugarCRM and more. Integration with Financial applications like QuickBooks, the Sage/MAS line, MS Dynamics, Oracle are available in a Cloud hub/spoke model. Additionally is integration with over 48 Merchant Services Providers for Real-Time, Scheduled and Recurring Payment internally with your CRM. The Smart Solutions configuration selections reside on the SmartIntegration Platform.

United States, 2021 – New World Report has announced the winners of the annual Software and Technology Awards.

The last twelve months have been a crucible of change. Long-standing paradigms were cast aside, and previously indominable industries suddenly found themselves on unsteady ground, their foundational strengths stripped away. Software and technology, in many ways, offered scaffolding and support, with companies of all sizes and in all locations finding an increased demand for their expertise in the wake of great need. Businesses who had never considered e-commerce suddenly found themselves needing to pivot to thrive in a year where nothing could be taken for granted. Entire workforces found themselves working from home, with many companies lacking the infrastructure to accommodate.

Whilst technology has, for the last decade at least, seen itself thrust into a role of crucial importance, 2020 has only magnified this role to new heights. We were introduced to InterWeave last year to assist with integration between our Salesforce Instance and QuickBooks to support the interoperability between our new Payroll System based on the Force.com Platform. Over the past year, we have come to appreciate the depth of InterWeave’s understanding of the Force Platform, Salesforce Lightning, QuickBooks and additionally; how Payroll Systems can strategically be integrated together. It’s the combined knowledge of how these entities work together, but more importantly, how they complement working together when business processes and workflows are correctly established in Salesforce. We\’re very pleased with the work that InterWeave has put forth and would highly recommend them.
