Welcome to our Q2 2019 newsletter – to help you keep up with the rapidly evolving Cloud Integration Solutions marketplace. January was a productive one at InterWeave. Consid-erable work has been done in the back ground and will be unveiled soon. Inter-Weave will be presenting a new Website look and feel with a tightened focus on CRM specific integration in a very extensible way; a SmartIntegration Platform way. There will be three integration tenants; Financial Accounting Solutions, Payment Processing Solutions and Multi-Cloud integration.
In addition, we\’re working on building out the new YouTube Channel and Instagram Account that will be showcasing these integrations on the SmartIntegration Platform. Leading this initiative is our first offering, the Customer Payment Portal 2019 with extended processing capabilities (48 Merchant Service Providers to date) and Pay-ment processing features like Real-time, Scheduled and Recurring Payments.
The Portal is a application which is directly integrated with your Salesforce. The Portal allows your customers to Register, Authenticate and then review their outstanding Invoices – which they can pay any time – 24 hours day, 7 days a week. ACH/Credit Cards will be processed in accordance with your Merchant Services Pro-vider. For example, if is your MSP, then Visa • MasterCard • Discover • American Express • JCB • PayPal • Visa Checkout • Apple Pay • Chase Pay • E-checks are supported.

When these transactions are processed, transaction Records are created in the Salesforce Custom Object (Transactions). These are essentially Sales Receipts, which are then brought over your Financial Accounting System (QuickBooks, Sage, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) which creates a Sales Receipt record. One entry = many actions.
